December 1 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Speakers
Brazil is at the forefront of food systems transformation; needing to fight hunger and malnutrition while protecting nature, especially the Amazon rainforest.
Panelists from across Brazil´s food system will discuss the recent advances on food and land use transformation nationally as well as the challenges that still need to be addressed, from eliminating hunger and malnutrition, to delivering integrated public policies, promoting sustainable supply chains and ensuring livelihoods for rural populations.
The event is hosted by the newly created Food and Land Use Coalition (FOLU) in Brazil and will spotlight how the coalition aims to contribute to the country´s ambitions on the road to COP30.
